Just wanted to share with you guys some success I had today with Ann Marie from CHEESESLAVE’s no knead sourdough bread. I followed her directions EXACTLY and this was the result.
The first time I attempted this I used whole wheat pastry flour (she said not to do this the first time), and the bread didn’t rise very much in the oven when cooked. Now that I’ve had success at this, I will be working on a sprouted flour and whole wheat flour recipe.
Since my only dutch oven is a huge 7 quart, I cooked this bread in my new tagine, and it worked great!
